§ 75.7 EXEMPTION STATEMENT

are exempt of 28 CFR §75 and 18 U.S.C. §2257 under § 75.7 paragraphs (a)(1) through (a)(3) of this section. All performers are over the age of 18, Identification documentation on file with the Certifying Primary Producer, and said images are non explicit under authority of 18 U.S.C. §2257 (h)(1) defined in subparagraphs (A) through (D) of paragraph (2) of section 2256 of this title; as amended, but are merely depictions of non-sexually explicit nudity, or are depictions of simulated sexual conduct, or are otherwise exempt because the visual depictions were created prior to July 3, 1995.
